Primarily responsible for implementing optimal Kronos solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, and deliver projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies. The SC is also responsible to meet project delivery milestones and budgets The Solutions Consultant will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. The SC will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior management.Specific duties include: • Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organization.• Design the solution best fit for the customer requirements, while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities• Preparing functional and technical solution design documents• Manage customer User Acceptance test• Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.• Serving as primary liaison between Kronos and customer, conveying customer feedback to product development staff.• Providing consultative and technical support to Kronos Application Consultants through mentorship and in-house education.• Collaborate with pre-sales and service support on solution design for new prospects and upsell to existing customers. Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or related field.• Alternately, 5-8 years of experience, with some experience in Process or Business Consulting. Customer facing will be needed.• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, implementation an added advantage.• Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT preferred.• Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology, and business solutions to a diverse customer base.• Ability to consult at the CXO level and drive changes in the customer organization.• Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.• Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.Preferred Experience:• 5-8 years’ experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments
