Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Advisor at Anecdotes. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for customer satisfaction, managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and liaising with the travel partners across the globe to create memorable experiences for travelers.Qualifications & Skills Design itineraries and work with partners globally in curating toursCustomer Management - including client requests, communication and engagement with clientsOperations Support - including booking travel services and itineraries with guests Liaison with the product and marketing team, to design new tours and programmes Leading Tours - On ground tour management, leading groups through the tour Interest in researching and connecting with experts, storytellers and destinations from around the world, to bring to life in the tour programmes Excellent organization and time management skillsEffective communication skills
