Job Description:As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing client relationships, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring exceptional client service. We need someone with 8 to10 years of experience into portfolio management for a US based Insurance and Wealth Management company.Visit our Website: Job responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:1. Client Coordination & Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Assist with backend research, prepare client presentation with focus approach on building value proposition2. Lead Follow-up & Management:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, following up on leads promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and manage their journey.3. Account Management:Oversee the Book of Client Accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and management.Work closely with clients to manage their portfolios and address their financial needs.4. Wealth Management:Coordinate with internal stakeholders on investments, insurance, and financial planning to optimize client wealth.Stay informed about market trends and provide proactive recommendations to clients.5. Regulatory Knowledge:Demonstrate a solid understanding of US law, insurance, and taxation relevant to client needs.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while serving clients.Qualifications:MBA in finance is mandatoryProven experience in client management, insurance and wealth management.Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance, law, and taxation.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
