HyperTrack provides location intelligence for shift validation. HyperTrack validates over 1 million shifts every month for leading staffing marketplaces in healthcare, light industrial, retail, hospitality, and other industries.Staffing marketplaces using HyperTrack reduce no-shows by 60% and improve fill rates to over 95%.HyperTrack is seeking a business development representative (BDR) team to identify new business opportunities, actively engage prospective customers and build relationships with decision makers in Fortune 500 companies. You will generate interest in specific solutions and educate potential customers to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This role focuses on identifying qualified opportunities with ideal customer profile (ICP)stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies, building relationships with them and setting up meetings with HyperTrack sales executives. HyperTrack’s BDR team reports to the VP of sales and has the following responsibilities: Research large Fortune 500 accounts and identify key stakeholders driving logistics technology projects Contact potential prospects through emails, outreach, and cold callingPresent our company to potential prospectsBuild long-term trusting relationships with prospectsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between Fortune 500 prospective customers and Sales ExecutivesWork under the guidance of sales executives for the outbound messaging, target accounts, and sales outreach tactics As a HyperTrack BDR, you will be measured and rewarded on meetings set up with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) prospects and meetings that result in opportunities.Requirements:8-10 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative for a SaaS company driving qualified meetings with Fortune 500 companies or a company with a SaaS product Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold emailing, cold calling, and social outreach, especially . Must have experience using Sales Navigator. Track record of achieving sales quotasExperience working with a Sales Engagement tool such as SalesLoft or OutreachFamiliarity with marketing automation tool - HubSpot and CRM tool - Salesforce Fair understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDesired Skills and Experience:Experience selling API-first SaaS solutions Experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet management
