Naked Ingredients, Thriving Skin.About the Role - The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for our e-commerce web application. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to ensure that our digital products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web portals and mobile applications based on functional and non-functional requirementsPerform manual testing of web portals and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress or similar to improve testing efficiency and coverageIdentify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issuesWork closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycleProvide detailed test reports and metrics, including test results, defect status, and quality assessments. Highlight areas of concern and suggest improvementsMaintain comprehensive documentation of test processes, methodologies, and results.
