Proven track record of sales growth & generating revenue for the company across the UK & Ireland region3. Experience & willingness to work as a stand alone & hands on sales professional4. Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue stream5. Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills6. Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions7. Experience in delivering and achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis8. You must have the desire to work as a go getter and thrive for challenges with a can-do attitude9. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK & Ireland for client meeting & developing new business10. Must have experience in successfully managing the internal & external stakeholders and meeting their expectations.Responsibilities 1. This is a greenfield role, and the applicant will be responsible for creating a road map as a standalone & hands on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts2. Focussed on developing new business client’s and generating revenue for the company.3. Generating sales & revenue for the company in business of IT Staffing in the UK & Ireland region4. Discuss the sales strategy with the operational & functional heads before it’s execution & implementation.5. Opening a new line of business for the company by generating new end client’s.6. Develop and maintain a long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with the client’s7. Responsible for operating through your own sales database & senior network of industry professionals for generating the new business development & revenue for the company.
