The Senior AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid claims, and resolving billing issues. This role will require collaboration with patients, payers, and internal teams to optimize the revenue cycle, improve cash flow, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims.Communicate with patients and payers to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.Analyze AR data to identify trends, improve cash flow, and enhance financial performance.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and payer-specific guidelines.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports detailing AR performance.Identify and address discrepancies in billing and payments promptly.Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and reduce AR aging.Provide guidance and training to junior AR staff to help improve performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or RCM.Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with patients, payers, and internal teams.Proficient in medical billing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Skills:Medical BillingAccounts Receivable (AR) ManagementRevenue Cycle Management (RCM)Healthcare ComplianceData Analysis and ReportingMS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Effective CommunicationProblem-Solving & Troubleshooting
