Job Review:We are looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter with over 7 years of experience recruiting for the Airline Industry.Key Responsibilities:Partner with airline industry clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs, including roles in software engineering, systems administration, network engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud services.Source and attract highly qualified IT candidates using a variety of platforms such as , job boards, and networking events.Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical expertise, experience, and suitability for airline-related IT roles.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing strategic recruitment support and guidance on talent acquisition.Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring transparency and regular updates to clients on hiring progress.Qualifications:7+ years of proven experience as an IT recruiter, specifically within the airline or aviation industry.Deep understanding of IT roles within the airline sector, including systems engineers, software developers, cloud architects, network engineers, and cybersecurity experts.Familiarity with airline industry technologies such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), flight operation systems, airport management software, and airline-specific IT infrastructure.Extensive experience with recruitment tools such as Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with both technical candidates and hiring managers.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.Proven success in working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a focus on meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
