The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth administration of benefits, coordinating training programs, and maintaining HR systems. This role is integral to fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.Coordinate and schedule training programs to support staff development.Maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.Manage employee records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.Handle routine HR queries and provide timely resolution.QualificationsExperience in HR operations, including benefits administration and training coordination.Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
