Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Video Editor and Graphic Designer, a specialist in creating visually compelling content to join our client, a digital marketing agency.Location Preference: This is a work-from-home position, we would prefer to give opportunity to people from tier 2 cities.Experience: 2-5 years The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity and technical skills, with substantial experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. The role requires a proven track record in a creative agency environment, demonstrating an ability to produce high-quality, engaging content for both short and long-form video formats and a range of graphic design projects.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging short-form content, including reels for social media, as well as long-form YouTube videos.Apply creative storyboarding, transitions, color grading, and audio mixing techniques to enhance video storytelling.Tailor content to suit platform-specific requirements and engage audiences effectively.Graphic Design: Design various creative assets such as social media posts, advertisements, banners, logos, and infographics.Apply design principles like visual hierarchy, typography, and branding to create visually engaging, on-brand content.Take a structured approach to projects, considering design elements and style for specific objectives, like product launches.Motion Graphics and Animation:Develop animated graphics using After Effects, including logo animations and explainer videos.Leverage animations to elevate visual storytelling in alignment with brand messaging.Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
