Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background as a full-stack developer who has transitioned into designing and developing comprehensive software solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in front-end technologies (Angular / ReactJS), backend technologies (Python), and a proven ability to adapt to new technologies. Knowledge in AI/ML project development, particularly with General AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience in the life sciences domain and familiarity with GxP compliance is highly desirable. The Solution Architect will lead a team of 10-15 members, providing guidance and mentorship while coordinating with key stakeholders across the organization including product management, sales, and business SMEs. Key Responsibilities:Design and architect software solutions that align with company goals and user needs, integrating front-end technologies, Python, and any JavaScript framework (Angular / ReactJS).Guide the development process through the Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.Engage in quick prototyping for demonstrations to stakeholders, effectively showcasing early stage concepts and potential impacts.Maintain a thorough understanding of GxP compliance requirements and ensure all products meet these standards.Mentor and lead a team of 10-15 developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including product management, sales teams, and business SMEs.Continuously research and integrate new technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain competitive edge.Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and future plans to executive management and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with a robust background in full-stack development.Extensive experience with front-end technologies, Python, and any JavaScript framework (Angular / ReactJS).Knowledge in developing and managing AI/ML projects, specifically involving General AI and LLMs.Proven track record in the life sciences domain and familiarity with GxP compliance is preferred.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10-15 members.Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to conceptualize complex solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.Agile/Scrum certification or demonstrable experience in Agile environments.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel as needed to work with remote teams and stakeholders.Continued education and/or training in new technologies and industry trends.
