Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for a Business Development Associate (Telecalling):1. Lead Generation:Identify potential customers through cold calling, database mining, and market research.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects for follow-up.2. Outbound Calling:Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce products or services.Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs.Schedule appointments for sales representatives when necessary.3. Inbound Calling (if applicable):Handle inquiries from potential customers and provide product or service details.Convert inquiries into qualified leads or direct sales.4. Sales and Conversion:Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective telecalling.Upsell or cross-sell products/services when opportunities arise.5. Relationship Management:Build rapport with potential customers to foster trust and long-term engagement.Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions.6. Data Management:Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.Update databases with new and verified contact details.7. Market Feedback:Collect feedback from prospects about products/services to share with the marketing or product development teams.Identify trends or common objections and suggest improvements.8. Collaboration:Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.Participate in team meetings to share insights and progress.9. Reporting:Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.Track performance against set targets and KPIs.Key Metrics to Measure Performance:Number of calls made per day.Lead conversion rate.Sales target achievement.Customer feedback and satisfaction.Quality of data management and reporting.This role requires a mix of excellent communication skills (English) , persuasive abilities, and attention to detail to effectively drive business growth through telecalling.
