The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and acquiring new clients, particularly in the IT or staffing industries. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth through strategic client outreach and relationship-building.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Lead efforts in acquiring new clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients using various lead generation tools, platforms, and research techniques.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to target new businesses and expand the client base in the IT and staffing sectors.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry to drive growth.Pitching & Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.Negotiation: Manage end-to-end negotiation processes, ensuring client needs are met while maximizing profitability.CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and client communications in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with potential clients.Requirements:Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities.Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals successfully.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, online business development tools, and digital sales platforms.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.Adaptability: Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working in the IT or staffing industries is highly preferred.Knowledge of the IT/tech recruitment landscape and client requirements in this space is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
