As a Technical Writer at Scrut Automation, you'll be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and compelling content that showcases our platform's capabilities and helps users get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop documentation that meets the needs of our diverse user base.Roles and Responsibilities:Create and maintain high-quality documentation for Scrut's platform, including user guides, API documentation, how-to articles and release notesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with product features, roadmaps and marketing strategiesStay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in information security to produce relevant and up-to-date documentation.Review and refine documentation to ensure complete coverage with accurate, clear, and up to date.Help develop and ongoing improvement of Scrut’s documentation strategy and roadmapWork with the team to incorporate feedback and continuously enhance the quality of the documentation.Requirements:2 or more years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industryBasic familiarity with compliance frameworks is a plus.A strong portfolio that showcases your writing skills and experience with complex technical topicsExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to simplify complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy should this job excite you?
