Must have Hands-on customization experience on Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex.Must have SFDC knowledge including but not limited to Flows, Validations, Approval, Security Model, Data Model, reports, dashboards etc.Experience using data migration solutions like Data Loader, Jitterbit, Workbench, Import WizardExperience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce with integration (Soap/REST Web services)Should have a good understanding of Salesforce Capabilities and constraintsProven skills in integrating JavaScript, jQuery, Javascript and AJAX based functionalitiesSalesforce certifications (PD1, PD2 etc) will be an added advantageAble to work independently as well as guide other developers.Good communication skills.
