The ideal candidate should be a proven leader in a global conglomerate, well-versed with developing and overseeing comprehensive legal systems pertaining, development of contractual framework for Buying, Selling, Hiring people, M&A and Digitalization of legal processes. The leader should be able to minimize litigation, including the ability to onboard reputed law firms, lawyers & legal professionals to provide business solutions in a cost-efficient manner.
