Position: Coolers Department Manager (Beverages)MUST have valid GCC driving license. Qualification:Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mech).Technical Knowledge: Extensive technical knowledge in the field of:Chillers (Cooling and Refrigeration systems).Refrigerators (Industrial and commercial refrigeration systems).Post-Mix Repairs (Maintenance and troubleshooting of beverage dispensing systems).Maintenance in the Beverages Industry (General equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of cooling and refrigeration units).Additional Skills:Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with both technical and non-technical personnel.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, motivate, and guide employees toward achieving departmental goals.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and oversee projects.Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and finding effective solutions to technical problems.Roles and Responsibilities:Technical Leadership and Management:Oversee the technical performance of the Coolers Department, focusing on chillers, refrigerators, and post-mix beverage systems.Supervise a team of technicians and engineers to ensure efficient repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance of all equipment.Maintenance and Repair Oversight:Lead maintenance schedules for all refrigeration and cooling equipment used in the beverage industry.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cooling systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Team Development:Mentor and guide team members, providing training opportunities to improve technical knowledge and repair skills.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing among team members.
