The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products, and information to meet business objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy and Optimization • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. • Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.Procurement and Vendor Management • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to secure favorable terms with suppliers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and develop improvement plans where necessary.Inventory Management • Oversee inventory levels to balance cost and availability, minimizing stock-outs or overstock situations. • Implement inventory management systems and practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.Technology and Data Analytics • Leverage supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and improve decision-making. • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Implement new technologies and innovations to enhance supply chain performance.
