About Our CompanyORIGROUP is a leading contract manufacturer specialising in FMCG products, partnering with top brands to deliver quality and innovation.About The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products, and information to meet business objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy and Optimization • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. • Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.Procurement and Vendor Management • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to secure favorable terms with suppliers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and develop improvement plans where necessary.Inventory Management • Oversee inventory levels to balance cost and availability, minimizing stock-outs or overstock situations. • Implement inventory management systems and practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.Technology and Data Analytics • Leverage supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and improve decision-making. • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Implement new technologies and innovations to enhance supply chain performance.
