We help organizations modernize their HR practices, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, motivated HR Consulting Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with Founder on a variety of high-impact projects related to HR transformation, organizational development, and talent management for large, well-established companies. This internship offers valuable exposure to the consulting industry and hands-on experience in strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational change.Key Responsibilities:Support HR Transformation Projects: Assist the consulting team in analyzing and improving HR processes for large organizations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.Data Collection & Analysis: Help gather, organize, and analyze data related to employee engagement surveys, talent assessments, and organizational health assessments to support key project insights.Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and competitor strategies to help inform client solutions.Change Management Support: Assist with change management initiatives by helping to prepare communications, presentations, and reports for clients.Documentation & Reporting: Help document project progress, outcomes, and insights, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients.Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and discussions, gaining exposure to client management, expectations, and strategic HR decision-making.Support Team Activities: Collaborate with the HR Consulting team on day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of client projects and tasks.Qualifications & Skills:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
