The ideal candidate will have excellent visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create professional layouts and templates. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage stakeholders effectively, and oversee multiple design projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:2. Design and Development:Create visually appealing and professional layouts and templates for e-learning courses and training materials.Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, ensuring a high level of user engagement and instructional effectiveness.Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance learning content and improve the overall user experience.Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning content to ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Requirements:1. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other relevant e-learning development tools.Strong knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, templates, and interactive elements.Experience with SCORM development and integration with LMS platforms.2.
