We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the Cloud Operations Engineer will:• Have an understanding of CSP and MSP model customers & subscriptions.• Have good knowledge of CMPs (Cloud Management Platforms)• Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing, and administering process• Have hands-on Experience in Incident and Service Request Handling• Have the ability to understand and explain related technical issues and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.• Have an understanding of CSP Onboarding/Offboarding and Customer Account Management• Provide ongoing support to the client on an as-needed basis.• Be responsible for service request/ incident management in 24×7 cloud operations• Have an understanding of Mailbox / ITSM ticketing tool management• Be Responsible for handling On-Call duties• Contribute to internal process improvement.Qualifications and Requirements: • B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT• Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester• Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things.• Microsoft Azure certified (AZ900/MS900/AZ104). • Knowledge of ITIL.• Good Presentation and documentation skills.• Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US & Night Shift)• Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment.Henson Group is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and belonging.
