The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT staffing needs within the finance and banking sectors and be able to source, screen, and place top-tier IT professionals for a wide range of roles, including software development, business analysis, IT project management, data analysis, and cybersecurity positions.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial services clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs. Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skill sets, and project timelines.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. This includes job postings, sourcing resumes, phone screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, conducting reference checks, and finalizing placements.Sourcing and Networking: Utilize multiple channels including job boards, social media, and personal networks to find highly qualified IT candidates. Proactively reach out to passive candidates with specialized skills in the banking and financial sector.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and experience specific to the banking and financial industries. Coordinate technical interviews and liaise with clients to ensure a smooth interview process.Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with trends and changes within the banking and financial industries, including technological advancements and emerging job roles, to effectively target the right talent.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all recruitment activities are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Negotiation and Offer Management: Manage the negotiation of compensation packages for candidates, ensuring alignment with client budgets and expectations while maintaining a focus on candidate satisfaction.Relationship Building with Talent Pools: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with top talent in the IT space, especially in banking and financial services, to create a pipeline for future opportunities.Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on Banking and Financial Services clients.Strong understanding of the IT landscape in the banking and financial sectors, including key technologies like Fintech, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and blockchain.Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.Ability to evaluate technical skills in candidates, including proficiency in programming languages, software development, and IT infrastructure.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and hiring practices within the banking and financial services sector.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and job boards.A strong network within the IT and financial services industries.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
