Joining PQE means being a part of a multicultural and challenging company, with many local and international projects, and colleagues from all over the world.Due to a constant growth, PQE is looking for a Project Management Officer to support our projects.Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the followings: Overseeing all project tasks and deliverables of an IT implementation project, in a GxP environment.Creating a detailed Project plan including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationMonitoring and managing project tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standardsRaising risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as neededWorking closely with Project managerConducting and participating in PMO meetingsAbout you:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field2+ years of experience in PMO rolesStrong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on task management and project planningExcellent communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)Experience working in a GxP environment and Pharma companies - AdvantageExperience working with testing tools, such as HP Quality Center - AdvantageExcellent English- speaking & writingTeam player & good communication skillsLocation: full remoteOur collaborators are engaged, developed, challenged and well-rewarded for performance.We recognize the importance of leadership at all levels of our organization in order to succeed in a challenging business environment, and we are committed to providing practical processes and programs to identify, develop and inspire all our current and future leaders.
