With an embedded culture of diversity and team spirit, Eden Renewables India is striving to get the most-suited working environment for each individual to grow and achieve their full potential within the organization.About us:Incorporated in 2016 as a Joint-Venture between TotalEnergies and EDF Renewables, Eden Renewables Indiahas been developing, engineering, financing, constructing and operating over 2.3 GW of solar PV assets inIndia.About us: Incorporated in 2016 as a Joint-Venture between Total Energies and EDF Renewables, Eden Renewables India has been developing, engineering, financing, constructing, and operating over 2 GW of solar PV assets in India.Key roles and responsibilities• Lead end to end project execution like Pilling, MMS, Module installation, ICR, MCR, switch gearroom, plant fencing, plant road, etc.• Mentor team members in all construction activity of solar project.• Manage vendor and their team at site so that project is executed with in the specified timeline.• Build relationship with various stakeholder’s vis Local villagers, DISCOM, RI etc. as when necessary• Interaction with various department within the company vis- Design, SCM, Land team, O&M, Finance, etc.• Maintaining all document of related to the project.• Led the deployment of suitable manpower and equipment / materials and proper planning to ensure timely execution of the projects.• Supervised the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs. For methodologies of construction & coordinating for site management activities• Control project activities & lead the complete project management cycle.• Expertise in applying Engineering drawing.• Project execution & monitoring.• Cost estimation.• Monitoring of DPR and MPR for client and Contractors both.• JMC, Client billing and Subcontractors billing verification.• Coordinating with Client, Subcontractors and PMC for smooth progress of entire project works.• Monitoring of DPR and MPR for client and Contractors both.• Supporting to management team for project planning, Progress & cash flow.• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, and planning.• Control of civil execution, civil quality and structures erection work.• Civil & structural drawings review, discussion and approval to engineering and site team.• Follow Safety requirements as per HSE standards.• Reconciliations of civil materials quantities – Fine & Coarse aggregate, Fine sand, Bricks, Cement,TMT steel and structural steel for RCC, CC and PCC work, Brick work and Plastering activities.Qualifications, skills, and experienceEducations: B. Tech or M. Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering. 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, plant layout related activities in solar design and engineering for PV plants.Ability to work in a fast-growing Company and align with Company’s initiatives;Independent, hands-on and driven with the aptitude and attitude to learn, embrace and adapt to changes;Dedication to the transaction/ projects you are handling, with a problem-solving approach and ability to work with relevant stakeholders to drive successful completion of transactions/ projects;Experience of working in solar power industryCreative thinking skills
