Please find below.Job Description: Engineering Leader – AI StartupWe are seeking a hands-on Engineering Leader to guide our engineering team while actively contributing to the development of innovative solutions at the intersection of AI and web technologies.Role Overview:As the Engineering Leader, you will define and drive the technical roadmap, mentor and lead a talented team, and develop scalable, high-performing solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on contributions, requiring expertise in full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and data-driven technologies.Responsibilities:- Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.- Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications and APIs using modern frameworks and tools.- Oversee backend system development with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.- Integrate AI/ML models into the platform to deliver intelligent, data-driven features.- Drive the design and optimization of data pipelines and workflows for effective data management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML, data, and product teams, to deliver exceptional solutions.- Establish and maintain best practices in development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements to identify and integrate relevant innovations.Requirements:- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a engineering director/VP role.- Proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale web applications and data pipelines.- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like NestJS, React.js, Next.js.- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including model integration, inference pipelines, and data preprocessing.- Proficiency in designing and managing data architectures, including ETL workflows and data lakes.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization Docker/Kubernetes).- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and architect scalable, maintainable solutions.- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to grow and guide engineering talent.- Passion for AI and a strong understanding of data technologies and their application in web platforms.Preferred Skills:- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and distributed systems.- Familiarity with advanced AI/ML concepts, including reinforcement learning, NLP, or recommendation systems.- Knowledge of microservices architecture and search-driven features using Elasticsearch.If you are interested in this opportunity, please reach out to me with1-Your latest updated resume2-Your Current OR last drawn salary3-Your expectations in salary4- Notice Period
