Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in the travel industry to lead the development and management of leisure travel products. This strategic role involves curating unique travel experiences, enhancing the agency’s offerings, and driving profitability in the leisure travel segment. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality travel solutions. This is a remote position based in India.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProduct Development and CurationDesign Unique Travel ExperiencesDevelop a diverse range of travel products and itineraries, including adventure, cultural, wellness, and luxury travel.Partner with global and local DMCs to source exclusive packages and experiences.Market Research and Trend AnalysisStay ahead of industry trends, emerging destinations, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities.Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the agency’s offerings remain innovative and competitive.Pricing and ProfitabilityCreate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.Regularly review and adjust product pricing based on market dynamics and client demand.Portfolio ManagementManage and optimize the leisure product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.Periodically refresh products to keep the portfolio relevant and appealing.Collaboration and CoordinationSupplier and Vendor RelationsCollaborate with the Sourcing Coordinator to negotiate exclusive deals and promotional offers with vendors.Build strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, and other partners to secure premium service for clients.Internal Team CoordinationWork closely with sales and marketing teams to provide product training and support promotional campaigns.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials for leisure products.Client-Centric ApproachGather and analyze client feedback to refine and improve product offerings.Ensure all products deliver high-quality, memorable travel experiences that align with the agency’s standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in product management or development within the travel industry.Proven track record in curating and managing leisure travel products for a diverse clientele.Deep understanding of global and Indian leisure travel markets.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Proficiency in travel management software and CRM tools.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.Key SkillsStrategic product developmentMarket research and competitive analysisPricing and profitability managementVendor and DMC relationship buildingLeadership and cross-functional collaborationStrong communication and client-focused approach
