You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, enhance predictive analytics, and contribute to the development of innovative AI-powered products and services.Key Responsibilities:AI & ML : Design, build, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business challenges and drive innovation.Algorithm Optimization: Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.Model Evaluation & Validation: Conduct testing and model evaluation using metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score) to ensure robust and reliable solutions.Deployment & Monitoring: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production and monitor their performance, implementing improvements as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and product managers to align AI/ML strategies with business objectives.Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and ML, applying new techniques to real-world use cases.Data Analysis & Preprocessing: Work with structured and unstructured data, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), and preprocess data to ensure high-quality inputs for model building.Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations and visualizations for key stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI and ML models, data analysis, and statistical modeling.Technical Skills:Proficient in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for AI/ML.Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).Strong understanding of algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, reinforcement learning, natural language processing).Familiarity with deep learning and computer vision techniques is preferred.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL, NoSQL).Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data wrangling.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions using AI and ML techniques.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
