Here is what you will do:UI/UX Design:Conduct user research, create personas, and design intuitive user experiences.Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.Ensure designs align with user needs, business goals, and brand identity.Conduct usability testing to validate and refine designs.Creative Design:Design high-quality mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).Create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate concepts into interactive and user-focused designs.Design and Development Integration:Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution of design ideas into functional interfaces.Use design thinking to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components for consistency across projects.Qualifications:Proven experience (4+ years) in UI/UX and mock-up design using Adobe Creative Suite.Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development.Portfolio showcasing mock-ups, prototypes, and live projects.Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).Experience with version control systems like Git.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.js.Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects.Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.Manage, Master, and Maximize with MResultMResult is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive environment free of discrimination and harassment.
