The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing software licenses, vendor relationships, and project renewals, along with a strong ability to create insightful dashboards and reports. This role requires proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and Tableau, as well as experience in handling Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Software Licensing Management:Oversee the procurement, distribution, and renewal of software licenses.Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize licensing costs.Vendor Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with software vendors.Negotiate contracts and renewals to ensure the best terms and conditions.Monitor vendor performance to meet organizational needs.Data Analytics and Reporting:Create and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau.Analyze software usage, licensing trends, and project data to support decision-making.Generate and present periodic reports for internal stakeholders.Customer Relationship Management:Act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to address software and licensing needs.Provide exceptional support and maintain positive customer relationships.SAP Reporting:Utilize SAP to generate reports and monitor project status, renewals, and licensing metrics.Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for all software-related transactions.Statements of Work (SOW):Draft, review, and manage SOWs for new projects and license renewals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Proven experience in software licensing and vendor management.Hands-on experience with SAP reporting and data management.Strong expertise in creating dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Tableau.Skills and Competencies:Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
