You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive the digital presence, increase customer acquisition and retention for our US-based clients and business.Responsibilities:● Digital Strategy Development: Craft and execute end-to-end digital strategies tailoredto client goals across various industries, with a focus on social media, responsemanagement, content marketing, and performance marketing.● Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analysis using third-party toolslike Sprinklr, SEMrush, etc. and market data to drive digital strategies, measure success,and optimize for key KPIs like social reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversions.● Client Consulting: Serve as a digital marketing expert for US-based clients, leadingdiscussions on best practices, performance insights, and innovative digital solutions.● Cross-Channel Expertise: Develop multi-channel digital marketing campaigns,including SEM, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and programmatic advertising.● Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external partnersand stakeholders to deliver client success.● Performance Monitoring: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Sprinklrto track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continualimprovement.● Problem-Solving: Ask the right questions to identify challenges and opportunities,providing strategic direction that impacts both short-term performance and long-termclient growth.Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience in digitalstrategy, data analysis, and client management. Proven experience working with US clients and understanding of the US market. Expert knowledge of key digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush,Sprinklr). Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a dynamic personality that inspiresconfidence. A results-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverexceptional outcomes. Preferred MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related.Thanks & Regards,Namita Gupta8828618619Senior HR
