Job Location:- Mumbai & PuneResponsibilities : -Edit videos, including color correction, basic motion graphics, and animation, to create visually compelling and engaging content.Understand client briefs and deliver edits that align with their creative vision.Demonstrate a good aesthetic sense to cater to a wide range of editing projects, such as digital ads, music videos, and social media content.Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to edit and enhance video footage.Apply visual effects, supers, and chroma keying using tools like After Effects.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance editing skills and maximize efficiency.Work collaboratively with the video production team to ensure quality control and consistency across projects.Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve the editing process and stay up to date with industry trends.Possess a solid understanding of the video production process, equipment, technology, and various roles involved.Requirements : -Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing. Experience with After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, and chroma keying. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to understand client briefs and effectively communicate ideas and updates. Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies within the scope of the business.Previous experience working in the post-production domain is a plus.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to different milestones and deadlines.Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in a video editing role with a focus on fast turnarounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality control across projects.Familiarity with motion tracking, keying, rotoscoping, match moving, color correction using Davinci, and typography is preferred.Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative and visually appealing edits. Please note that we are seeking creative individuals who can bring their artistic vision to the editing process, not looking for technicians who just know how to use toolsThe person should have the expertise to shoot and handle the camera. Software to be known must - Adobe full pack- After Effects | Premiere Pro | Photoshop| Illustrator Media encoder | Bridge A plus point for shortlisting would be if the person is familiar with additional software beyond the ones mentioned, along with an understanding of shooting and camera handling
