Job Title - GM-HR Level - General Manager Location -Raipur, C.GAbout the Job Responsible for leading, planning, monitoring, and overseeing the execution of all HR activities, including but not limited to, the process of talent recruitment, induction, training & development, termination, and system compliance, and other administrative functions. Also, implementation and compliance to PMS Cycle adherence and policies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Management Manage all the human resource-related activities for the plant. Responsible for preparation, approval, and adherence to annual HR Budget for recruitment, compensation and benefits, Training & development, and other miscellaneous expenses Coordinate with all department heads to elicit and capture talent management goals and objectives for all relevant employees and work towards the achievement of the same. Ensure retaining of talents, keep up to date on market trends on pay policies, bonus structures and other benefits to make necessary recommendations. Manage general affairs, counselling of employees and grievance handling as and when necessary. Ensure labour/disciplinary cases are handled promptly and with due process requirement. Oversee the appropriate implementation of the periodic company-wide Performance Management and Evaluation System and share the same with departmental heads. Responsible for keeping control of annual absenteeism across group companies and taking timely measures to stay within budgeted absenteeism.Training & Development Work closely with departmental heads to oversee the identification of training needs and oversee the development and implementation of training programmes to meet departmental goals. Oversee the planning and creation of company-wide training schedules, differentiating between mandatory safety and regulatory trainings and departmental operations related trainings. Oversee the execution of training schedules and associated activities, including but not limited to, training content maintenance and delivery, communications, bookings and travel, and records maintenance for the same. Collate all training delivery and related data for further analysis and share the same with departmental heads as well as top management for decision making.General Management Lead a team of HR professionals and provide appropriate trainings, support, and guidance to all employees for skill development and continuous improvement of HR & Admin processes. Prepare and present all relevant data sets pertaining to Purchase & Stores department operations, utilization, and performance at DRM, CRM, MAT, and SCM events. Oversee the timely creation and submission of daily and other periodic MIS reports, and validate the analysis performed on the same, trends and deviances identified, action items and other recommendations generated, and make data driven decisions to assure HR & Admin process efficiency. Perform any additional tasks as requested by top management.Requirements and SkillsDesired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant commerce discipline. Postgraduate in similar field preferredDesired Experience 10+ years of HR & Admin management in Steel or Manufacturing industry. 3+ years of leadership experience.Functional Skills Excellent experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, as well as leading HR systems and processes administration. Proven track record of strong talent acquisition & management experience, preferably in steel or manufacturing plant.
