Proven experience in employer branding, with a track record of utilizing social media and other platforms to engage potential candidates and enhance brand visibility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency with using different recruitment portals as well as ideating creative ways to source candidates.
