Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for clients throughout their journey. Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term retention. Sales Strategy Implementation : Collaborate with senior sales leadership to implement effective sales strategies, monitor market trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and performance metrics. Performance Metrics & Reporting : Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
