Candidate Engagement and Pitching:Convince and engage top talent by effectively communicating role benefits, company culture, and career growth opportunities. Managing Drop Rates:Maintain low drop rates by setting clear candidate expectations, providing excellent candidate experience, and addressing potential concerns upfront. Quality and Speed:Fill roles efficiently while ensuring talent quality meets client standards. Balance time-to-hire with quality by adhering to established benchmarks. Data-Driven Recruitment:Utilize recruitment metrics to monitor sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and other key performance indicators to continuously optimize the hiring process.Key Requirements: Experience:2-4 years in technical staffing, with experience in both contract and full-time hiring. A strong background in working with low drop rates is highly valued. Recruitment Skills:Proven ability in candidate sourcing, engagement, and pitching for technical roles.
