The Visual Art Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive art instruction to students, fostering their creativity, and helping them develop their artistic skills. This role involves planning and implementing art curriculum, providing constructive feedback on student work, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual arts, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to inspiring and empowering students through art education.Specific responsibilitiesDesigning and planning the execution of the Visual Arts Curriculum in collaboration with the visual arts team Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students. Teach fundamental principles and techniques of visual art, including but not limited to drawing, painting, sculpture etc. Encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through art projects and assignments.Preferred Qualifications/SkillsBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience of working with learners between the ages of 11 to 16yrs Excellent communication skills (English) - both verbal and written
