The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, good analytical & technical skills, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for training and development for fortune 1000 clients based out of US. Responsibilities include: Training kick off: Track, and maintain information for Training leads in training request portal Identify the right trainers (internal or external) for various technologies and Domains Explore online training sites/ create a repository that add value to our existing programs Should be technically sound who can help designing the training Be ready with all the internal financial approvals as well Training Delivery Interacting with Facilities for Training readiness in delivery locations. Manage training schedules and calendars. Setup and maintain Training Labs (installation / re-imagining of operating systems & software) Collect, Organize, and upload educational aids and materials in Learning Management System (LMS). Record, monitor, and upload training recording to LMSTraining Quality and Impact Monitor program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact of training and regularly report the outcome to the program lead and business. Monitor overall health of training delivery – esp. quality, engagement of students in class, assessment outcomes etc. Collecting Feedbacks from Participants after the completion of training and share with the concerned department. Providing the required materials and Certification post completion of the training Driving completion of the learning plans assigned to the participants. Keep up to date with new training techniques and technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees Manage and supervise a team of trainers and delivery experts to ensure they meet training and delivery objectives Ensure that all delivery processes and procedures are followed by team members to ensure high-quality service to customersRequirements:Experience: 0 to 3 years (Preferably BCA/MCA/Btech (CES OR IT)) Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the team's training and delivery capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Managing client relationships, including communicating with clients to understand their training needs and expectations, and ensuring that these are met or exceeded. Providing coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their professional goals and develop their skills. Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment and consistency across all training and delivery programs. Identifying opportunities for business growth & expansion, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Dynamic individual who enjoys taking ownership and doing continuous improvements in our delivery mode Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Have a broad understanding of IT with a passion to learn. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
