Your role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, providing feedback to writers, and ensuring that all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring its effectiveness across various platforms.Note - Creative Agency background preferred.Job Responsibilities: Oversee the quality of all written content, including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications. Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and address any concerns or revisions promptly. Identify areas for improvement in the copywriting process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality. Oversee the quality of all short- form written content, including marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications Work closely with copywriters, editors, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance. Manage and assist in hiring the pool of freelance copywriters and editors. Strategize copy ideas with clients, ensuring that content strategies effectively address their needs and goals.Qualifications: Proven experience (8+ years) in copywriting, with at least 4 years in a lead role overseeing content projects. Managed a team of at least 10-12 copywriters Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and an understanding of various content styles. Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
