IT Support Engineer will provide desktop/laptop/software support and assistance related to any Software/Hardware issues to the users, resolve the issues logged in the ITSM tools like ServiceNow, escalate issues to the next level as and when required and provide exceptional customer service to the users via different channels like in-person/remotely/call/chat etc.Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, BSc. etc..) in Computer Science or any related fieldTechnical Skills 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT/Desktop support (Freshers may work out if they have exceptional English skills, good accent) Knowledge of Windows /Mac operating systems Knowledge of basic applications like MS Office Suite, O365, Active Directory concepts etc..
