The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, account management, sales, and managing channel partners and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.We are looking for someone who can execute Sales Growth for Magicleaf Products (specifically Sweets) through:Onboarding with Quick Commerce Platforms (Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit) Managing Inventory Planning for Amazon, FK and eCommerce Platforms Direct Sales to Sweet Shop Owners, Gifting Brand Owners (Private Labeled) Creation of our Cloud Kitchen Listings in Multiple Cities Partnerships with Dark Stores Brand PartnershipsQualifications Business Planning and Sales skills Experience in Account Management especially Quick Commerce Onboarding and Dashboard Management Ability to manage Channel Partners and Channel Sales Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience of 3+ Years is desirable.
