The team behind EasyBuy Ingredients was adjudged the top venture in Asia Pacific in 2018 by Mckinsey and INSEAD Business School.Easybuy Ingredients is looking to add an experienced Food Ingredients Procurement Specialist to its team. This specialist will be helping on various aspects of scaling the EasyBuy platform viz: Procurement, Vendor Development & Onboarding, Inventory Management, Price Intelligence Tools. This is a core role @ EasyBuy Ingredients and we will look closely at prior performance credentials.The ideal candidatewill have:1) A Bachelors degree. A Degree in Supply Chain or Food Technology is a plus. 2) Atleast 3 years of experience in procurement of Specialty Food Ingredients (Nutraceutical, Proteins, Cocoa, Alternative Sweeteners). Experience of Import Operations related to Food Ingredients is a big plus. 3) Excellent negotiation and highly efficient style of operations 4) Great communication skills. Verbal as well as written. And a bias for action.Prior experience with Procurement at a FMCG or Nutraceutical Brand or a Distributor of Food Chemicals & Specialty Food Ingredients is a strong plus.This role is based in Lucknow.
