The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and winning projects related todigital marketing, website development , andgraphic designon Upwork. You will need to create tailored proposals, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company’s portfolio. Key Responsibilities : Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork in digital marketing, website development, and graphic design. Create and submit compelling, customized proposals to secure projects. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive reviews. Monitor and follow up on submitted proposals to increase win rates. Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, web development, and graphic design to create relevant proposals. Work closely with internal teams to understand project scope and deliverables. Optimize and manage Upwork profiles for better visibility and project acquisition. Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience in bidding and winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms. Strong knowledge ofdigital marketing(SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC),website development(HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.), andgraphic design(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create personalized proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and address client needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids at once. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
