We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeableDigital Marketing Trainerto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging digital marketing sessions, enhancing the course curriculum, and keeping it updated with the latest industry trends. You will be instrumental in ensuring a top-notch learning experience for our students, supporting them throughout their educational journey, and contributing to the growth and quality of our digital marketing courses.Key Responsibilities: Course Delivery & Content Creation Deliver course material according to the established curriculum. Update and create course content to reflect the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Customize content delivery to suit the needs of individuals or groups. Engagement & Improvement Conduct pitches at colleges across Mumbai to promote IIDE’s curriculum and career paths. Continuously refine teaching methods based on feedback from classroom experiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing fields, including Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development. Student Monitoring & Assessment Track student progress and provide suggestions to bridge learning gaps. Develop and evaluate assessments, such as MCQs, pre-tests, and post-tests, to measure training effectiveness. Keep accurate records of classroom sessions and any new learning resources created. Classroom Management & Support Ensure a conducive learning environment, including IT setup and managing assessments. Proactively address any issues that may impact the learning experience.RequirementsMust-Have 1-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably within an educational setting. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct sessions confidently. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to punctuality. Patience and empathy to cater to diverse learning needs. A genuine passion for teaching and digital marketing. Should-Have Experience in customizing course content to meet audience requirements. Skill in developing and evaluating educational tools like MCQs and assessments. Knowledge across various digital marketing domains such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, AdWords, and more. Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively. Nice-to-Have Experience in delivering presentations or pitches in an academic context. Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing. Experience working with a diverse range of students. Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree, with no specific specialization required.
