If you are an MBA graduate with up to 6 months of sales experience and a passion for building client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to introduce our cold chain and reefer logistics solutions. Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer needs and build relationships. Assist in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the internal sales and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Gather market insights, including competitor analysis and client feedback, to help refine sales approaches. Support the negotiation and finalization of sales agreements under the guidance of senior team members. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress updates. Provide support in post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.What We’re Looking For: MBA graduate, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Sales. Up to 6 months of experience in sales or client-facing roles (internship experience included). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. A proactive and result-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow. Basic understanding of logistics or cold chain industries is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
