(Further information -and )We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamicPhone/Chat Sales Representativeto join our team and play a vital role in driving sales by delivering outstanding customer support and guidance.Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and chat inquiries from prospective customers. Provide detailed product information about Superfan's ceiling fans, highlighting features and benefits to convert inquiries into sales. Customer Needs Assessment Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Superfan models. Address customer concerns and queries to ensure a seamless decision-making experience. Product Knowledge Maintain in-depth knowledge of Superfan’s product range, technical specifications, and pricing. Confidently provide accurate and insightful information to customers. Lead Generation Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone or chat to generate interest and drive sales conversions. CRM Management Record and track customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy for effective reporting and analytics. Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify trends, insights, and areas for process improvement. Stay Updated Keep abreast of industry trends, product launches, and new Superfan offerings. Post-Sales Support Deliver excellent customer service by addressing post-sale concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.Requirements: Education: Any college degree. Experience:0-3 years Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong multitasking skills to manage simultaneous chat conversations and phone calls. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Language Proficiency: Fluency inTamilandEnglishis mandatory. Proficiency inMalayalam ,Telugu , orHindiwill be an added advantage. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.Work Schedule: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
