This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, preferably within the staffing industry, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide staffing solutions that meet their requirements. Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
