System Integrator and Management: Build, manage, and strengthen existing and new business relationships with system integrators across the assigned territory. Provide technical and commercial support to system integrators, ensuring their success in deploying solar solutions. Develop and execute joint business plans with system integrators to achieve mutual growth objectives.2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue through system integrators. Achieve sales targets for solar panels and grid-tie inverters in coordination with integrators. Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities for solar energy solutions in the assigned territory.3. Channel Partner Development: Expand the system integrator network by identifying and onboarding new partners. Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance the technical and commercial capabilities of system integrators.4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create strategies tailored to the solar and renewable energy market. Collect market Insights on competitor activities and market developments on solar energy products and align business strategies based on market inputs.5.
