The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.Our mission: Ring every doorbell, everydayRole Overview : We are looking for a Lead Product Designer for our consumer product (App & Web) who is able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes with a high sense of creativity & innovation. The job responsibility will majorly focus on working on high impact customer facing product initiatives directly with the CEO along with brainstorming the user flows and envisioning the product identity.Roles & responsibilities Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, animations, mockups and high fidelity prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences with innovative ideas and out of the box design thinking. Understand the design problems and devise elegant solutions as per new trends to continuously improve the user experience. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Engage in product brainstorming sessions to provide design input from customer point of view. Experiment with multiple design solutions based on product research Work on visual identity of the product feature from both customer experience & marketing perspectivePreferred Qualifications At least 5 - 7 years of UI/UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing solutions for customer facing app & web ecommerce platforms. Experience in designing highly interactive mobile applications, web & responsive design. Proficient in the required tools of trade like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Knowledge of motion graphic tools like After Effects, Lottie Animations & illustration designing etc. will be an added advantage. Have contributed in the launch and complete lifecycle of high scale products. Have knack of user experience and journey. Ability to mult-itask in a highly energetic, fast paced environment.
