About the Company: The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.Qualifications: Experience: 10 years of similar experience in Residential Real Estate SalesResponsibilities: Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Hyderabad. Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets. Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities. Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions. Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets. To handhold the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the nature of activities.Required Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Confidence and ability to interact with the clients. Self-motivated and result-oriented, they can work independently. Good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
