The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is required. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
